Please download, print off and complete the relevant booking form below if you wish to book for surf coaching with Cressey's Surf Academy.

Forms are marked clearly as to whether you are booking for 1:1 or 1:2 coaching or as a group. Please ensure you read our terms and conditions on the site before booking. Full payment will be required once a booking is made. Please note a signed indemnity form (available to download below) will be needed for each participant before your surf lesson commences - under 18's must get a parent/guardian to sign. You can send this in with your booking form, or pick a form up from us before we get you in the water on the day of your lesson.

We are also pleased to offer one free place on any surf coaching course for anyone with access needs who requires a companion to provide them with extra support during their lesson. You can use the booking form to make us aware of any support needs you may have for your session with us. Where possible we will also offer our services for free or reduced rates to engage with charitable projects and provide surfing opportunities for those disadvantaged within society.
